new slot always got 1 biggest problem, feeding the RTP. Example if the slot is 96.50% on a $1500 bet size, that mean you have to lose within 960.5k till 1mil to get a bonus that maybe gonna pay 96.50% AKA 96x or a miracle payout of more than 100x. already proven all new slot have this mechanism to prevent gambler to earn profit if the RTP requirement not meet.

I mean, that's not how RTP works. What you're describing is illegal and will get a casino's license revoked. Casinos bet on the fact that over time, they will get profit. They do not hold back profits on new machines because they haven't earned any money...
