I have to agree that this house looks fantastic, BUT its probably the least practical house you could ever buy.

I always look at these mansions, beautiful yes... But Imagine having a plumbing issue, water leak from the roof, electrical issue... GOOD FUCKING LUCK finding the root of the issue and fixing it in less than a few months. A simple switch not working? 100k and 2 months later there you go, you can turn your bathroom fan on again.

Idk why his main complaint of the house is the rocks and something being "dangerous" while being drunk or something. Not everything gota be baby proof yeah I can smash my head open on a rock but I can also do that on edge of a countertop. The rocks look pretty nice tbh like at 28:46 he complains about the rocks but I think it looks better then just having it flat ground. Hes acting like if something requiers even the slightest bit of thought to navigate its awful and not worth looking nicer.

(Finish carpenter, here) You can tell the original design for the secret powder room was a indoor fireplace chimney on the prebuild blueprints until the interior layout was changed leaving them with unusable space, they converted the master fireplace chimney into a "bathroom" by covering the bricks with finished black metal panels, this house is dogshit. I'm guessing the interior layout changed mid construction leaving the house with a lot of hard to convert rooms, that would explain the maze like gross layout of the ground floor.

25 mil house that is 3 bedroom. Not bad, but with 3 bedrooms that can possibly be 5 who needs 9 bathrooms, why not at 15K square feet make more bedrooms and actually make a house. This place is a venue, no one that has the money for this house can say they feel "at home or homey" in this place.

Problem I have with all these houses is they never look like a house that's been lived in or someone would want to live in. But I'm not a multimillionaire so maybe it's beyond me. Also his whine cellar take is terrible. The house obviously seals up and becomes mostly air tight. It has to have central air/cooling. And I bet anything that room has it's own vent. Then he tries to use the term wine cellar as an argument when wine cellars were used in the time before Central air/cooling was a thing. All that being said I do like the way this house looks and it's design. Idk why he focused so much on the rocks and other "natural" elements like the stone walls. And I also think the outdoor showers are kind of cool. That first one though, the bathtub is pointless there. Point of bathtub is to sit and relax. He kept going on and on about "the views" but that bathtub didn't have any view. But I do agree with xqc about the broken walkways. They look good but even if you're used to them you're probably gonna trip every once in a while.
