you can help them by acting like an immovable object, or if the snake has problems doing it himself, you can resort to what was shown in the video, provided you don't force it and don't go too fast
That’s a joke right you know they donate rhino Horns for research and to museums. Also cutting they’re horns off is perfectly safe they have no real predators and if is pretty useless even if a group of lions attack or something. But it was probably a joke.

Would be better if they just threw the horn away in my opinion. It sounds wasteful, but it removes the monetary incentive in the long run, and means that the workers aren't tempted to get greedy and exploit the rhinos more.
