i live in australia and i have never heard anyone call it the cue ball, everyone knows it is the cue ball but in our hearts it is called the white ball, to be entirely honest i dont even hear it called the white ball very often either, most people just call it the white, same as us calling the 8 ball the black, we dont call it the 8 ball or the black ball we just call it the black, only thing id agree they got wrong in the video is calling them fulls which really is just down to preference because i have heard them called fulls before but theyre generally just called stripes and solids
