XS650 TC BROS hardtail installation

So im going to be making a review video but unfortunately probably after you do it already, so best tip i got is go by the instructions but take into cosideration that they are not all flawlessly identical and the instructions are more of a guideline so you may have to cut alittle more or do some minor filling welds over the plugs to get things to aline perfectly, for being straight just measure untill you drive yourself crazy! Using the axel plates is a good point to measure from up to anywhere on the original frame and only tac weld the frame when you think you have it where you need it and measure some more and finish the welds off when its perfect! We didn't leave the engine in on mine, and we definitely should've, or at least tacked cross bars on the frame. We were able to make the hard tail fit, but it took 4 full grown men to "convince" it.

Thank god i didnt enter these welds that got ground down into a beauty contest! 🤣 i didnt do those exact welds myself but they definitely penetrated perfectly thats all that mattered to me 👌
