Hi, can you ungroup the letters in text so you can manually move each letter like in cricut design space? I need this function for when making cake toppers to join the letters. Thanks.
Amazing. You did a great job on this and it truly helps fill in the blanks for myself and even learned some new settings. I only wish the new version of XCS was as simplistic as the previous version was that you have in this video. For some reason, I get confused with the new version. Again, great job!
Thank you for this video I heard you say that the IR was used for Metal Stone AND PLASTIC.. I was using the Blue laser for plastic and it wasn't coming out so great. So Im going to try that setting to see if it makes a differance. I will look up the RA2 Pro video because I wannna find out if or why we can't see a live preview of where the image will be placed. It only has a line that goes back and forth and it's hard to figure out where exactly the image is going to be placed.
Happy to help! With plastics and the IR laser it’s always a good idea to start at full power but a really fast speed when testing, around 1500mm/s. You’d be surprised how quickly some plastics with get a nice bright white engraving. You can always work your way down in speed. Yeah unfortunately the framing for the RA2 pro can be a bit tricky. We have a few videos that help with positioning your engraving on tumblers but with the line framing it’s still sometimes a pain. Maybe xTool will release an update for that

You are most likely on version 2.0, the top bar got moved to the right side, it shows up when you select a design on your work area. The QR code got moved to the applications section on the left side bar menu
