Xtool P2 CO2 Laser: Don't Buy a GlowForge Until You've Seen This 

Well I’m returning my glowforge and I just purchased the xtool P2 with all accessories with the exception of the filter system as I am jut going to vent out a window. You have made me even more excited for it to arrive.

I just bought the ultimate package bundle today. Another thing that CO2 laser engravers do well is mylar stencils for airbrushing. You can create multi layer airbrush stencils and actually airbrush the pieces you produce with the laser itself, or just to create the stencils for your own airbrush works of art. I'm going to enjoy this machine when it arrives and try set myself up using this machine for projects using airbrush and resin, as well as wood designs and engravings, tile engravings, acrylic engravings, etc. You can also us this machine to "make" the draw lines on canvas for painting landscapes, people, or anything else. You're not "engraving" per se, just very lightly burning the canvas with major feature of the image you're painting, and the light burn marks will be painted over anyway.

Wow! What a great review. I’ve just this week bought an F1 to add laser to my business. The idea is to,add a P2 once I am comfortable with what I’m doing. You’ve given me so much good information here. Once I’ve completed my move to a new home I’ll have a lot more space for the P2, also.

One of the best reviews I've seen. I have an Xtool D20 pro 40w with the extension, but want to do larger Mandala designs and this is the perfect solution to fit alongside my MOPA 60w Fiber used for metal stuff.

Thank you for the fab review, however you don’t mention anything of aligning mirrors etc for the laser machine…is this something you don’t have to worry about? As I hate having to do this on the machine I have already 🤦🏻‍♀️ lol. I’m looking to downsize from a huge 1300 x 900 cutting bed ( 5ft x 6ft machine) 😅 and this is looking pretty much perfect for what I’m wanting. TY

Way too much charring on the engraving and some on the cutting.
