The ghost of Doyle Brunson could have screamed, "FOLD!" in Taras's ear and he would have still called that horrible hand. He had every single hint and indication to fold and he didn't. Even Xuan's questions should have told him what she had, "Do you have Aces?" meaning she had already paired the board if not better. The smile she had when he said he didn't have clubs meant she wasn't worried about a flush, and a raiser folded when she raised him should have told him the board was in her favor - if she didn't already have it, she was a good draw. So many clues.

@@Mauricio-kf8qx sure you can. All you say is, repeat after me, “Fold.” It’s very easy. But what is even easier than that is NOT getting yourself pot committed long before you get to that point. A,J off and you have others in the pot going along for the ride has to be a huge hint that they already have a 2 or two other clubs, OR a better Ace kicker than you do. He had no business taking his crap-hopes-and-dreams hand that far.

Can someone explain how this is a slow roll? As soon as he called she asked how many times and as soon as he said "once" she showed her hand. Was she supposed to show her hand and then agree to how many times? I used to play a lot of poker and this seemed on point to me... but then again, the nuts used to be the best possible hand based on the cards shown and now people throw around "the nuts" when they simply have a good hand.

Xuan should flat and make him bluff the turn. This best episode ever was when the guy bluffs off nearly his whole stack on High Stakes Poker with 7-2, bluffing into KKKK, trying to win $100 from each player in the 7/2 game.
