Absolutely insane. The jury is trying to conduct their own independent investigation as if they don’t fully understand their role and responsibilities. I totally blame the judge for this madness.

I cannot believe it has been taking this long. it is such a clear case. the phone data, the video, the social media posts, the casing in the defendants house, I am baffled.

The judge is worried about facial expression from the prosecutor then he should be saying something about them three 🤡s sitting in court laughing with smug looks on their face after killing someone.

I don't understand why the jury asked for evidence that was not introduced during the trial. It seems like they are trying to conduct their own independent research which is outside the scope of their responsibilities. And if picking kids up dropping off is an issue, then those people could have used that to get out of being jurors for this trial. Ugh. It's turning into a circus.

It sounds like it’s more so debating on what degree each one will be charged with. The charge they are deliberating on, makes a huge difference on their verdict they choose for each defendant. I appreciate the judge for giving the jury the time they need because the jury has been very patient with the case. Most jurors don’t have to be on a case this long and most people that report for jury duty will say reckless things, to not have to serve and get sent home. They told the judge from the beginning why they would and wouldn’t be able to serve and the court accepted their request. So to now have a problem with them isn’t fair to them. Yes, it’s been a lot of days, but the actual time they have been deliberating isn’t equal to the days. At least they have more time in between to think about certain things that they didn’t think about on the spot and bring back to deliberate fairly. Either way, I hope justice is served for Jahseh and especially Gekyume that never got to meet his father. #LLJ🕊

The jury that has to pick up kids and all there "personal issues" is punishment to the trial for having to be made to be on the jury in the first place. For some reason, some people do not like being called for jury duty. They will mess around and have a hung jury because of the immaturity of the jurors.

People in the jury room “look guys I really don’t wanna have to go back to work let’s see how long we can make this last”

All that damn evidence and they’re taking this long to deliberate??? That does kinda have me worried that they’re gonna walk free because the prosecutor did such a great job of breaking the events and evidence down but yet the jury is still indecisive… unless they just tRNA drag it out to get more time off from work 😂

I have been trying to watch this happening in court everyday on YT on the law & order channel when I see it’s happening live and I go back and rewatch it some days but it’s several hours long so I’ve missed a few days of seeing and hearing what is going on in the trial So thank you for these videos I’m using them to try to catch up with what I haven’t heard. This does not look good. I cannot comprehend why or how they could go free like seriously I want to know. Would it just be very good lawyers? The proof and evidence should all be there to indict them

My lawyer always stated if the jury is taking more then a day to deliberate means they think you didn't do the crime.. we saw people with less evidence get found guilty

Michaels definitely got a tattoo on his neck that he’s been advised to cover up! I think it could be a good sign that they’re taking so long. It’s a lot easier to free 3 young men than to sentence them to a life in prison without parole. But I agree with your other comments- they need reminding that their role isn’t to investigate the case. It’s to in estimate the evidence that has been presented

Also Jury duty is fun. I’ve never been called into an actual jury but was in the pool twice. It’s a cool experience and I’d recommend not trying to get out of it. Unless it’s a horrible crime or something. In which my case the first time it was so I’m happy I wasn’t picked that time.

I really believe there is a "kid/immature young adult" on the jury that the "adults" are not in agreement with. It will be interesting to see who is on the jury when this case is over and why it took so long to come up with a verdict.

Also it’s not about whether they are innocent or not, it’s about whether the state can prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. This is exactly why I’m applying to Law School next year because the law is so nuanced and yet so interesting for me.
