The stage is designed for microscopy. The complete system can be easily integrated into various applications, e.g. metrology, autofocus systems, biotechnology and semiconductor testers.
The stage is made of aluminum. Precision spindles move the stage on recirculating ball bearing guides with a repeatability of ±10 μm.
