We just got as well super solid love all the metal. Do you have a link to the scar barrel tip? Also have you tried the 1.6 spring with the longer barrel? Outofdarts says it’s not recommended as they say the spring is not strong enough to consistently fire the dart out of the barrel. I’m at not having that issue. Reason I ask is it’s easy to change springs but the barrel not so much if we want to drop back down to lower fps.
The Worker SCAR tip is available on Amazon and other outlets. It's pretty easy to find. Should be about $10-$12. I use the stock (1.6) spring with the longer barrel too. It can be finicky with some darts, but as long as you're using AF Pros/Worker Gen3/Bamboo it still gets FPS around 140.
Thanks. I'm not a regular videographer obviously, but I just thought it was weird that everyone was posting reviews for the slotted-tube stock version. I just wanted to show the length of the official barrel when it was added as well as talk a bit about the performance.
@tactical_nerfer0107 It's a lot harder than stock. If you've put a K26 in an Aeon then you'll be familiar with that feeling. Kids will not be able to use the blaster with an upgraded spring.
How’s the 1.8 prime? I found almost any spring other than the stock one to be a very uncomfortable prime that had me worrying I’d snap off the priming handle.
