Bro 6 months ago I couldn't have thought of a way your videos could get better. Yet you continue to impress! You and Foam Quest are my favorite Nerf channels right now. With Coop's absence, it's good to see some talent step up and bring the quality content. This video was very informative and helps people in all stages of the hobby. That's crazy how many power options this blaster has. Unfortunately it's out of my price range but I'll have it one day! Keep on grinding brothers, your day will come!

Awesome video and thanks for the interesting knowledge. You were handed a unique situation by pure happenstance, recognized that fact, and straight up rocked it outta the ballpark. On a separate note, as much as I love my unicorn, it's basically an injection molded spamf with some bells and whistles. I'm not saying that's not a bad thing either. But when i saw it on Val's channel when he announced it, thats the first thing that popped in my head. That being said, i absolutely love mine and its one of my current projects.

Still in my top three purchases of all time. The break down is easy, the pins double as sling mounts, it takes talons, mostly metal, durable, slam fire, the list goes on. I’ve had mine going on about two months and it still checks all the boxes. The provided darts are great too and actually stick to my thrift store target wall which is nice bc most of the suction dart quality out there isn’t great 👍🏻

Xyl stands for Xiao (pronounced "Se-ow") Yue (sounds kinda like "Yeah") Liang translates to "Small moon." Dun ask me why, I'm from Singapore not China

Thanks for detailing the configs! I'm curious about it because it's a great size and form factor, but I play with field darts that can be pretty questionable. How well does the Unicorn handle used darts?

I'm currently at 3 unicorns. I have them all around 130 FPS since I loan them out at an indoor field

Yup. Huge difference between the two versions, and you can further amp up the performance with the 25cm extended barrel and 1.8mm heavy spring. The heaviest spring with the longer barrel is a must and the injection-molded Worker SCAR is terrific on that configuration.

So is the zhenduo version only sold with slotted plungers? Or can you ask them to swap plungers beforehand?

Great video. What is that sling you are using?

Have you used the green o rings from xyl for the unicorn? They came with my full slotted plunger and idk if they are better or worse or what their purpose is. Same 2 size thicknesses as the black ones that came with the unicorn blaster package. They do seem looser though
