Hello sir, i have watched your previous video of gypsy and finally got to see the continuation. I just recently, may be 3 years back got infected with gypsy fever, after which i was always watching gypsy videos, gypsy restoration, gypsy modifications, finally year back i got a army restored gypsy 2011 model paying 4.5 lakhs. Very sad to say not restored upto mark. Later i myself started restoring my gypsy, booked all major spares from boodmo and maruti spares. Gave to Maruti service center for all mechanical works got a bill of 60k. Even after all these i have a list of works like want Ac to be fixed, want full body and chasis to be painted neatly, want new steel rims. I alteady have upgraded innova xylo suspension.I love my gypsy a lot. Daily i go near my gypsy have a walk around, even if i dont take it for a drive i simply switch on the engine, just watching my gypsy makes me feel good. Gypsy is like they say. """Looks Can Kill""" what a mcho look. Happy to see ur gypsy too,
Thank you for your kind words Mahesh. Gypsy is an addiction which not everyone would understand. Build your Gypsy slowly and you will feel happy once it's fully done. You can follow me on insta @ mightynothing if you would like to see a few more pics of my Gypsy. Stay safe and enjoy your Gypsy. Cheers
Hi, Please share the rim and tyre specs and details of the free wheel fitted on them. They really look alluring. Also do mean shockers when you said suspension or you meant something else. Thanks.
Hi George, thanks for sharing. One question - You’ve mentioned sleeves to adapt the shocks. Are either of these a direct fit or does one have to adapt both the Xylo and Innova shocks. The stock front suspension has a tendency to bottom out at times....therefore was looking at an alternative. Thanks
Hi SRS....It may not be a bolt on. But any workshop guy can do this for you, which is making the sleeves. Not a big deal or a deal breaker. I hope you have the shackles. Coz these shocks are slightly longer. I have had no troubles at all installing them. So go ahead and take the plunge. It is definitely better than stock...Cheers
@@srschhina5295 Thanks SRS. That umbrella hack is something that every Gypsian with a soft hood should try and it really helps. A lot of people have liked that idea like you did...I was travelling on work for a while and hence new videos haven't come out in a while. Would be restarting the videos soon. Hope you would consider subscribing to the channel incase if you haven't already. Cheers and God bless 😊
brother for the shockers which shocker is used for the front and which for the rear and also for xylo case front xylo ones or rear ones used same goes for the case with innova rear or front innova ones i hope you get what i'm trying to convey so please tell me exactly which shockers are used for the front or rear of gypsy for example-say xylo rear shockers used as gypsy front shockers (my guess) so please tell me i'm also planning to go for it
@@totallyg2k Brother kindly let me know which model of Innova should I mention while looking for Rear Shocks & even for Zylo . A direct link to buy both the shocks will be a great support. Thanks
Hello sir, can you please mention what shockers used in specific. You said monroe, xylo, innova. Can you please explain which one to buy. I needed very much your answer. Thanks in advance.
Xylo rear shocks for Gypsy rear and Innova rear ones goes in for the front of Gypsy. I have used Monroe shocks and it is a cost effective way to make the ride a little softer thank the stock ones. But expect it to change the ride drastically. Here you would need shackles...so pls check with your mechanic. If you want more details you can connect with me on my insta id called "mightynothing". There you can find more pictures of my Gypsy. Thanks
@@totallyg2k Is Monroe better than Gabriel ?? I've done a lot of research but still couldn't finalize one. And where do i order or where can i get these shocks? I'm thinking of getting 4inch shackle, is xylo inova combination will be compatible fr 4inch?
@@punatanii278 Hi Puna...I have not really done a comparison between two brands hence may not be the best person around to give an unbiased feedback. Monroe is serving me well so far. But always remember Gypsy will always be bouncy and you will have to live with it. Xylo Innova combo is doing a decent job for me. You can connect with me over a DM through my insta handle "mightynothing" and may consider following it as I keep posting stuff about my Gypsy there..Cheers
From where did you buy your gypsy? I'm looking to buy a Euro 4 gypsy but I can't seem to find anywhere. Would love your recommendation if you have any.
Hi J Man. Gypsies have become very rare and in high demand ever since the production has stopped. It is very very difficult to find a clean gypsy now. I heard that there is a 2017 HT gypsy for sale in HP . You can connect with me on insta at "mightynothing" if you want more details. Cheers
My friend picked it up from Bankok (I guess) for him and for me...Not available in India...If it is available it would have been brought in from overseas...Cheers
