Iron fist training isn’t necessarily stupid. Its just that it is more reccomended to harden your knuckles naturally by training as you normally would. I.e. heavy bags n stuff
I’m pretty sure this is from playing the coin flicking game. During iron fist training, you not really TRYING to get bloody knuckles it’s just a side effect of all the training
@@stare4539it makes it better. The constant hitting of the knuckles causes the bones to build more than its initial amount. 2nd hand benefit is that constant working out of the knuckles causes the nerves to break which makes punching almost anything feel like nothing

For the people who don’t understand: the knuckles games is when u get a coin (50p is most effective) and u have to slide the coin as hard as u can into the opponent’s knuckles and then it’s ur turn

We played that at 5th grade in my class, one of the boys in my class always told us that if we play it we win the money (5cent😂) We didn’t play it often only when we were feeling like we want to do smt stupid

we used to play a game at my school called scorpion ( im sure at least one of you have heard of it-) where you would press your finger nails as hard as you could into someone’s skin. The first one to tap out lost. Well one day I was playing this game with a friend, and my friend and I lasted a bit too long ( like 7 minutes) after like an hour it turned green and I figured out I got a staph infection. I was the reason it got banned at my school lol.

It’s a similar game popularized in Turkiye just a month ago and it’s called bloody money 😭 (It’s a game where you first of all choose tails or heads and flip a coin, if you guess wrong the sharpened pointy penny will be thrown at your knuckles causing small to big injuries there. Yes a penny is carved thoroughly until it feels like a knife as a mandatory subject of the game.)
Why did I used to play this game as a kid 😭😭😭(for those who don't know u take turns to fling a coin at each others knuckles until they bled and first one to back out because of the pain loses)
