This was the first song and video that got me introduced to Falling in Reverse and I am hooked ever since. Since I did not know the original before, I am on the side of I like this version better. I very much like your take on the growth of artists.
My first time encountering Falling in Reverse was Popular Monster. His lovely blend of rap and hard rock hooked me immediately. When this one came out, I already knew the original one and the way he reimagined songs. I still couldn't help dislocating my jaw as it dropped. One of his best. Both as a song revamp and as a video. The story of the video is brilliant.
He's egnaged to Paige. Ronnie is a natural musician. He's actually playing the piano. I feel this song. I can relate. I play the piano as an escape. My grandmother played the piano. I can't read music, but I know tones. But, I'm a weird feller. I sleep to bluegrass, and wake up with Lil Boosie. I hunt, fish, and read a lot.
The entire song is about addiction. His early version made light of the situation, but this version reflects that after all the years... he realized he truly was a vampire, letting his addiction and decisions leach the lifeblood out of those he loved
Abolish the Sun by HELSTAR is a fantastic vampire metal track. The vocals of James Rivera alone are amazing it just so happens the whole band is extremely talented. Plus it has zero whiney parts.
Ronnie and page are the Tom mcdonald and Nova of metal...lol..wish tom and Ronnie would get in gear and do some music together as they have planned to do...lol
The music video have won a ton of awards. Oh, I'm not sure if you know who Alex Terrible is but on your own time please search Alex T and Ronnie R. There is a... twist at the end of Wtwb live in Baltimore. There also exists a clean ending from this tour
I believe the human mind no matter who's mind it is a very scary journey to embark on and yes it can be intriguing as well but that's few and far between
@sp00kysquirrel i think you are confusing each song the drug in me is you re imagined and im not a vampire revamped they are not the same song they each have an older version that are very different
To me, the original seemed like it was using humor as a defense mechanism while poking fun at networks using celebrities in rehab as entertainment. This version seemed like he realized how much his addiction took a toll on his loved ones, going to far lengths to hide his addiction habits. Using vampirism as a metaphor for addiction is rather epic, especially with how incredible the video is.
I would like to start a petition here if thats okay! Reply to this comment if you want SpookyPooky Squirls green blanky removed off her lap and out of the videos forever! 😬😈😧
'Game Over'? Damn these guys are hit an miss, i really like this song... i love some of their stuff, dislike some of it. But im also a gamer mom, and ever since the ' Game Over' song came on my suggested RU-vid play list, i give their songs a chance. This one slightly resembles 'Ice Nine kills' a little.
Cease and desist by FJ outlaw dear God by brabo Gator enough to leave and your place by Ashley Cooke are a few newer songs out if you've heard any of them skip them
