For me I keep getting upset but I don’t cry because I don’t want to seem weak (I used to always cry when I was little but I stopped because people kept calling me a crybaby) so all my emotions build up and then something small might happen (like watching a sad video or someone having a small argument with me) and all those built up emotions make me cry 😭
