Also, if you work in the garden, you get the fresh air God has given you, and the beautiful sunshine, and the sounds of nature that will all gladen your heart! And you will get lots of exercise and won't have to waste your time in a gym! And since you're outside you will be happy and healthy and won't have to waste time because you're not feeling well, because you'll be eating your healthy vegetables and getting your exercise and all that you need! And best of all, it's peaceful work that you should spend with your heavenly Father! So get a garden! (The bigger the better 😊😉

The "Merry Heart" song was my favorite as a child. My father played the guitar, and I would request that song every time he asked what I wanted to sing. 😅 I've been accused of being "too joyful". Is that even possible??

The Lord has convicted me recently about getting more acclimated to the heat. I have been using fans and barely running my a/c in an attempt to acclimate my body to the hotter temperatures. I have also been trying to learn how to garden, and I am also making plans to start evangelizing very soon!!! Your message today was confirmation from the Lord to keep working on my "growth zones" so I can be used by him in these end days. Thank you so very much! This is a wonderful prayer that I read in Matthew Henry's commentary on the Bible. I have been praying it daily. I felt led to share it with you. I hope it blesses you . . . It is not a matter of choosing to remain in the comfort zone my dear br Titus. Many a man and a woman really really want to leave the "toxic environment".... But... I have found out that there is a "living real devil" that lives in our world and "Sin bound people". He not only live in this world, he lives in the minds of people. If it were not for God's mercy and grace in our lives many of us would be living in darknes just like these persons . . . Many persons does not even know that there is a war going on right now for their souls and JESUS CHRIST our saviour is the one that is fighting for us and He alone is able to deliver us from satan the murderer, liar and the thief ... So let us remember that we too was once decieved by the wicked evil one, satan and our loving Father in heaven rescued us and set us free... We have heard the mighty sound, JESUS saves JESUS saves, and JESUS CHRIST our saviour still saves.

Suggestion: why not let Stephanie keep one of the two microphones, because she makes comments often. Allow her to hand her mike off to those around her who wish to comment. That way, Titus can stay in front, and the camera is always on him. Just a suggestion.
Yes we are made of over 70% water and bad music or hateful words that goes into our ears and eyes can make us dependent and angry as prayer helps our stomach digest our food with the frequency of our words make it healing, God bless

There are many foods that contain more protein and iron than meat, oats, broccoli, spinach. Some seaweed varieties which when dried in the sun are particularly delicious.
