I'm proud of being Japanese. But every country has an amazing culture. Everyone can be proud of it. :)

It has rules and the archers compete for scores based on them. So it can be said it is organized as a sports game. But it is a Shinto ceremony rather than a sport.

This is what Samurai mostly did originally. They were more known for their archery rather than swords.

I'm Japanese. Yabusame Tradition is very important and we must keep it to the future. But speaking about mounted bowing, mongolian or Turkish people are the best, aren't they? Of course not Korean, I know. hahaha

정경천 :hahaha You Korean are so crazy that confuse fantasy and reality. What is really true among your talk is just only Korean use mounted bowing. First, there were no Emperor in Puyo 扶余, so the name Puyo Empire 扶余帝国 is false. Its just fantasy of present Korean, haha. Next, Pakche 百済 was aficilture based society not nomadic based society. The Puyo eatures in Pakche 百済 limited to ruling class not to majority people. Next, ancient nomadic prople like Scythia indeed used mounted bowing. It is apparent large gap of logic typically seen among Korean. The fact that Scythia people had used short bow doesn't mean Korean people belong same race to Scythian, hahaha. but I know Korean have severe feeling of inferiority though hahaha. Next, Tibetan does NOT belong to altai language family both at present time and ancient era. In addition doubt agaibst the concept of altai language family is mainstream among linguists. Altai language family theory is old which make many Korean to be happy in their fantasy, nothing more than that, hahaha. In conclusion, you are living in fantasy world not in real world that is sometimes harsh for Koren. Poor Korean haha.

정경LoL You must be real mad man. Pakche 百済 never set up any Japanese dynasty. Pakche 百済 was just vassal society of Japan. Plese keep living in Korean fantasy world hahaha

I dont know. Have you shot bow before? Its all about the poundage of the pull, depends on the bow probably.

actual samurai bows for combat were a lot different than modern yumi bows for kyudo and what not.
