0:11 Same, same, haha! I've lost 7kg yet my belly fat is going away so slowly... It's just one of those parts that starts going away last. I'll keep at it though. I've never been on a diet though. I just lost that by exercising. xD
If you suddenly lost weight in a short amount of time, and you don't know why or how it happened, you should consult a doctor. If you are not doing anything that could make you lose a lot of weight, and you lose 4-5kg within like 6-12 months, it's not a good thing. If this happened to you or someone you know, please see a doctor.
I guess exercise isn't a method for them....🤷♂ Diet won't get you the results you want you have to exercise to stay in shape. Age actually has no effect in gaining weight its just that you get occupied with work and you have less time to think about fitness and health. Look at Arnold Schwarzenegger, he's in his 70's and he isn't fat, he may weigh a lot but that's muscle mass not body fat. Just doing cardio exercises like jogging, jumping jacks, crunches, jump ropes, etc... can help you stay fit when you don't want to look muscular. Just some tips from someone who's an athlete and who's studying sports science 😉.
