Our culture of impunity in this country is legendary, it has no parallel anywhere in the world. A law enforcement agency does not need the approval of the court before arresting a suspect. Once there is a reasonable suspicion of a commission of crime and reasonable premise that if the suspect is not arrested, he can interfere with investigations or prosecution or run-way, the law enforcement agency can arrest. The court cannot validly order a law enforcement agency not to arrest unless there is a valid ground.
