Crystals definitely have power/vibrations. I had a couple different Crystals in my pocket one-day. I started getting nauseous and dizzy, couldn't figure put what was going on. Took the Crystals out, and the nauseous feeling went away. So they definitely emit vibrations. Be careful and do your homework on crystals.

I do appreciate all of your years of studying man, nature and spirit. Amazing work, thank you. Years ago I have used Apis Therapy -Bee Stings, from a living bee stinging directly on the tender meridian point to control my pain, arthritis from an injury to my hand. So over the course of 2 - 3 months of bee stings4 or 5 sessions, my pain left completely. Never had any pain in my hand after those treatments.

He made a good point about his experience with Obsidian crystals. I own some and while they are extremely useful in clearing negative energy, it's a very powerful crystal that can be hard on you if you are not careful and diligent of use with the crystal. What I recommend is if you decide to wear it on you, use a small crystal instead. Try to avoid wearing or carrying the large stones unless it's an emergency situation or you dealing with extraordinary amounts of toxic energy that needs to be cleansed right away - which should be situations that don't happen too often. Think of it as using bleach or something like Comet to clean. Personally, I use Black Tourmaline more than Obsidian, it's not as powerful and intense as Obsidian but it's effective protecting you from negative energy (it's said that black tourmaline absorbs and contains the negative energy and I believe neutralizes it but you still may need to properly clean the crystal to maintain it's effectiveness).

Hearing this breakdown makes it clear to me that melanin and the amount of fat superficially under the dermis affect brain cells and mental characteristics. I've been working with crystals for over 15 years tell me how obsidian can hurt. No crystals can't hurt you that is all in the human psyche. Actually if you look at obsidian it is a great protector for your aurora. And again no crystals on earth could ever harm you. You might sense some weird energy when picking it up but that means the obsidian needs to be cleansed hope this helps.🤙
