I'm reading "The gospel of the holy 12" and it says about eating no meat too. Supposedly written by the Apostle John and I find it to be a good read so far. It has more about Yahusha than the 4 gospels so if anyone wants to know more I'd recommend reading it. You'll know what's not truth if you have the Ruach Haqodesh.
Same with The Essene Gospel of peace. Jusus/yashaya preaches/talks a lot and on this topic is very clear in that book/scorlls, that we shall not kill or eat animals.

another the reason for it, is to remember what we did because back in the day, slaughtering an animal was by hand and not like today just a number slaughtered in machines. Another one bites the dust of all those thousands before and afterwards. Slaughtering an animal is fine but it shouldn't be like nothing, not easy pewsy. proverbs 12:10 An upright man regards all his Animals lifes but the tender favours of the wicked are cruel. Imagine yourself slaughtering an animal and all that because you did something OR because you want to thank Yahuah and or making a covenant with him, espicaly if you use the best of your flocks then Yahuah sees, this one is serious. Also because we can eat meat, never did Yahuah dont eat meat or "Meat eaters are not allowed in the coming Kingdom" . this is what Yahuah has said: Deuteronomy 12:20 When Yahuah your Ahluah has enlarged your territory as he promised you, and you crave meat and say, “I would like some meat,” then you may eat as much of it as you want. he also said to Noah its ok to eat meat BUT do not eat with the Blood. Look at how halal and Kosher slaughter is done or even some arab Christians. They all slaughter the animals in the right way, alive by full consciences, cutting open the neck, windpipe and jugular vines in, at best, one clean cut with a very sharp, appropriate Knife in good condition. then they let it bleed out, because in the blood is the Life, Ruach/"Soul" and that the breath of life can come out.
Brother Gustav, Thank You ..However, I now must ask, how are we to look at the fact that in the Passover it was commanded them to eat the lamb, kill the lambs, and also why did Father Yah provide quail for them if he did NOT want them to eat any meat? And we must ask why did Yahushua give them fish to eat? While I'm fully on board, with YOU on ALL of us REALLY start changing our diets to more plant base, BECAUSE of our preparation for the New Earth, where we will not eat our animals. But, as we are here are we not to keep Passover with the lamb..( NOT MAKING A SACRIFICE OF COURSE NOT !) But rather to KEEP the Passover just like Yahushua did? As a Nazirite under the Vow myself is not allowed to touch a dead Body or eat a part of it . Because of the Vow my Mouth declares the 6. Commandment which says : You shall not kill ! Selah

Can you throw me a few scriptures on each of us being the lamb/living sacrifice, The only one Im coming up with is Romans 12:1, which Paul was saying present our bodies as the living sacrifice. I'm fully on board with doing plant based diet, been working on that slowly now for three years, but I have a spouse that is NOT on this walk with me, and makes it VERY difficult for me to cook plant-based 100 % BUT he is getting much better since all the lab meat stuff has come up! And, I was under the impression we needed to keep Passover/ Yahushua's Memorial night UNTIL he comes back with the lamb( not sacrificing NO !) Its completely fine. Remember Yahuah gave us dominion over all Animals and Plants (Gen 1:25-32) BUT with Power comes responsibility's and we have to treat our Animals good: Proverbs 12:10 "10 A righteous man regards the life of his animal, But the tender favours of the wicked are cruel." No matter if man or women, if you want to follow Yahuahs Way, you have to be good to your Animals as you can and afford it.
The sixth commandment doesn't say " do not kill", the sixth commandment says: do not commit murder. Big difference! And yes, we are allowed to eat clean animal. Yahuahs requires offerings because he said so. Thats the very basic and foundation of it, to see if we are obedient or not, however there is more to it. Just as he commanded not to eat this or that animal, for me i dont need to know why i cant, he says its forbiden and i say yes. Just as he commanded to come out of her my people and that we have to flee within Yahuahs Borders for protection, the land of Shem. Because outside of his Borders, the People are out of order, confusion, madness, Yaqobs trouble but within his Border is order. There you have chance.
