Build log of the process of building a model kit of a popular twin-seater military trainer aircraft. Part of the project "Aircraft of the Hungarian Air Force".
That is an excellent rendition of a Hungarian Yak52. Especially with an A-Model kit. The are one of my favorite kit manufactures just for the subjects they produce. I built the Yak 52 a while back and recently built the Yak 53. the build vids are on my channel. You were spared much frustration by not using A Models decals. Enjoyed the build vid and subscribed to your channel.
A big thumb up for an outstanding job! Amodel kits always need a thorough parts cleanup and careful dry fitting to join the parts properly, and yours went together beautifully. The canopy fit is perfect and overall, the paint nicely represents the original. 👍👍👍.
Nice build, reminds me of my first Amodels kit, a Yak-50 taildragger. Even this small and simple plane took quite a bit of work to get a proper fit on all parts. I also made some work from sanding down the prop blades to scale thickness and shape and making counterweights for the pitch control which the 2 bladed prop had.
