Benazir we call this pulao as UP pulao in our house bcoz our neighbours were from that state n they taught my nani this recipe which we have been carrying on! We don't use all those spices but definitely most of them in the potli n cook it without curds. Our pulao looks brownish n i had prepared it yesterday itself with beef. Will try this one too.

I tried it yesterday, found it a little bland. Will add more salt and chillies next time to suit the taste of my family. I found the proportion of water and rice, just perfect, as the rice was cooked to perfection. As for the taste, I have to modify it to suit my palate. Thanks for sharing the wonderful recipe.🤗
Mam if I am using 1k chicken then how many wisthesls I need to keep and cook chicken Nd how much rice should I use ...and spices ratio ....or we can just use 750gm of chicken and keep all process same ...???

Pyaz ko fry karte time zyada brown na karen...aisa karne se pyaz galegi nahi..watch my aloo gosht recipe...very simple and quick method of making mutton curry 👍
