Hi, I know you made this a while ago and I hope you see this. If you still have the product manual, can you let me know the website, email, or phone number for contacting the company? I lost my manual and am trying to troubleshoot an issue (hardwired in, but display says no signal. It was working fine about 8 weeks ago.). I can't find any customer service information for them online, or on Amazon, and I've been looking for almost an hour and a half . THANK YOU SO MUCH.

The blue wire is a trigger wire for reverse monitoring on Channel V2. However, it is not necessary when connecting a single camera to the monitor.

It’s the back up switch. It’s used if you have two cameras. Turns on the back up camera when you switch to reverse. This is 8 months after you asked. I only got my unit today so it’s the earliest I could answer. Hope your life is going well otherwise
