Mad dog isn’t seen a single time in 5 or 6 and he acts just like he does in 0. The only time he ever brings out the mad dog after that point is when he’s against a potential threat like Ichiban in 7, he dropped the act shortly after he when realized Ichiban isn’t a bad guy

The Golden Boot Chronicles Kiwami 2 adds a final conclusion to the whole Majima/Makoto storyline and it's pretty nice. There's a video around but it's obviously not subtitled because the game hasn't been localised yet.

Boo Ghostington Kiwami 2 comes out on August 28 in the west.

I unlocked it as soon as I was able to, but i rarely used it because of how busted it was. When i got to the Dojima HQ raid, I went pure Mad Dog. Using the other three styles just felt wrong

I think it's a metaphor that he always let things from his cabaret go by a lot and put them under carpet instead of fight them. It wasn't until Nishitani appeard that he stopped doing his shows and geniunely solve things

While Makoto was the catalyst, Nishi Lee and Sawaga helped him reinforce his view and show him what truly can be done. All of those events including Makoto made Majima the Mad Dog.

Majima's Mad dog style cannot be unlocked until after you fight Nishitani in the Grand so yeah it's mostly him.

You know, I hadn't heard the Devil Trigger in the pop beat until you mentioned it, but I could totally see myself Itsuno dancing to this beat.

Same here! Someone it felt fitting for an Inkling's vengeance in Smash! Or maybe one of the Squid Sister's rage burst like Majima! The lyrics indirectly in my perspective describe the Inklings! For example "No time to lose, so I'll find my path" is one way putting in that the Inklings are in a hurry to control as much territory as they can before the others do.

Kind of funny, since the Japanese version came out the same year as Splatoon, and the localized version came out the same year as Splatoon 2.

devilleon7 Well...next game will be interesting.RGG is not a MGS game so they can't call it RGG6 and put it chronologically between RGG0 and 1 and of course...they can't make a game called RGG0.5.The only way how i see it is if they make RGG6 and show some huge flashback about Majima. I actually think if they do this,they probably kill Makoto,so they not only give Majima reason to go crazy but also reason why Makoto never appeared or even mentioned in later games.

XellosDarkSlayer I suppose that's possible. There are a lot of things they could use as a story, for example, they could shed more light about Majima's marriage that was mentioned in 5. It was a freaking shock to me that he even married someone, and I think they even had a kid, but i'm not sure.
