The Devs of the game said they did not know what to do with her after 2 let hope that at the end of the series they put a note saying they went back togather at the end since in 3 they say that they will be apart... for now

i like to think that she has been using her connections on the force to keep an eye on him and maybe she hears something happens to him and comes back to look for him lol if you don't know what i mean, once you complete all the hostesses in 3 including the secret one she will message Kiryu lowkey throwing shade on him for being a playboy and sends him an item.

@@vincenzopaollogrieco9385 A huge reason as to why they stopped using Kaoru for the rest of the games was because her Japanese voice actor was reportedly very toxic and abusive to staff. I can understand taking a step back to ponder on what to do with a character but I think it's pretty disappointing and confusing for them to have her be such a significant person to Kiryu in Kiwami 2 only for them not to think much past that and just abandon her completely. Just seems unbelievably short sighted from their end. Yeah, having that VA situation sucks, but I never understood the lengths Japanese culture goes to say that a fictional character can only be voiced by one assigned voice actor ever. The respect thing is cool, but there really ought to be exceptions like in Kaoru's case.

@@cius2112 Oh wow i feel to glad to hear that, i did visit the hostress in 3 once, but then i though "what i am doing?! i have a girlfriend" and stoped, going to date them with other character in other games, but Kiryu can´t have it

@@pluna3382 Japan must have something about a VA and character, something similar happend with Igor, where the VA died, and they also had to change the US voice actor, and it fiting considering Persona 5 story, to the point where i wonder if that plot happend like that because the VA died
