It's partially dedicated animation from the modders and partly splicing different cutscenes from different games, for example Ryuji throwing the Uno card at Kiryu comes from when Kuwana throws his business card at Yagami in his first cutscene in Lost Judgment
4:33 I'm not sure you had enough time to put up the guard right after attacking Ryuji, and he kicked you right when you punched him so at the very least it very much looks like you got hit there

"Unwavering Belief" gave such a unique touch to this battle that I can't describe in words everything that happened in this video.
