I love LAD but I'd also love to see Ichiban as the protagonist for a beat 'em up Yakuza one day. His fighting style would probably be as crazy as Shinada's.
It'd be amusing to see Ichiban actually getting stronger physically (canonically I mean, as he's been relying on teamwork in 7 with the turn-based combat). His jobs from 7 could make him really skilled at handling weapons like the bat, katana, etc.
Dude, basically ALL of these mods look official. Some tweaks here and there, sure, but this is truly incredible. Makes me REALLY wish that RGG would consider giving the player the option to Brawl or keep with the new JRPG system for Ichiban, give him Nishiki's moveset since he's his spiritual successor of sorts, spice it up a bit, add a few moves, polish the animations and add some brutal heat moves and pop, you're done. Spend some time fiddling with the JRPG aspect too and you've got both sides of the fandom satisfied. I get it'd be a challenge, but seeing these talented modders in our community just reinforces the idea that RGG could ABSOLUTELY pull this off if they pooled their knowledge of both systems together. They have so many unused movesets to pick and choose from, they wouldn't even have to create something COMPLETELY new and they could get away with it. They could even justify it story wise as Ichiban growing in power from his experiences fighting alongside his friends, as the Carp who finished his transformation into a Dragon. It's all there and I honestly hope they go with this idea, though it's a very slim chance... Oh well, only time will tell. Let us sink our teeth into Lost Judgment.
that sounds incredibly ambitious to make a game where you can choose to play it in 2 different genres. that could be really challenging to really do them both well. granted most the groundwork for a good brawler is there but i think the rpg side needs more refining before they even attempt something like that. theres a good rpg system but it needs some work in its sequels to really make it shine and stand out. sounds like a cool idea tho.
@@brogan294 I don't think the idea is too out there tbh, like you said, a lot of the groundwork is already there on the Brawler side of things, so that would take minimal time to implement. Rest of the gameplay development would be spent refining the RPG aspects of the game to give a more balanced experience to those who seek it.
Ya know, I'd kind of imagine you'd use Majima's Slugger Style with Ichiban. Then again... this is really only because I can't imagine the guy not using a bat of some kind. Or, if you wanted to keep him bare-handed, maybe something like Nishkiyama's Koi style. Since it's more visceral compared to Kiryu's Dragon style, which I feel like also suits Ichiban.
This is great, though I think Tatsuya's moveset is seriously off Of course, he does have a boxing style, but we can't forget about other 19 styles, can we? I think you could easily use Thug's, Nishiki's/Kashiwagi's or Mine's movesets to recreate the Extreme Man moveset
Very much so. I could go bro detail as to why, but to sum it up, her character, physique and lack of experience lead me to believe that she will not fight. And I doubt Kiyru trained her in the art of street fighting.
Did you use Ryu Mod Manager? If so, what's the order of the mod you use for Yagami? Cause Atomic Karate made Yagami's voice got replaced back with Kiryu, and the bgm became silent.
@@darkmaster2899 it would be cool to see him playable in the main game at least and more than just a 30 minute side mode. probably would need his moveset expanded too considering k2 majima has way less moves than even a single style that 0 majima has.
