sooo apparently i downloaded most of Infinite Wealth's soundtrack before its mass takedown on youtube and i'm debating whether to put some songs from the downloaded tracks into the next mix...

Yes, I was just about to listen to a song from the game and I saw that they were removing them from the channels that had uploaded them (even one that was the first to upload the entire ost had been removed). There are still a few that still have extensions of some songs and there is only one channel that has the entire soundtrack (but who knows how long their luck will last). From my point of view, you better wait to see if those videos come back and everything is normalized, and if they continue to knock them down better save what you have downloaded until the release of the game so you are not in danger.
