So all he can do now is accept it. They likely left out of silence since both now know what happened. They’re likely needed time for themselves to process what happened.
It’s really for me one of the best romcom i had watched last year and now with this second season it’s getting even more better and cute at every new episode, I loved the fact of Ichikawa it’s getting more confident and safe from yourself each more and Yamada being the most sweetness here, beautiful couple and they deserve to be together, much cute and sweet episode ✨💖🌸
Nanjou in the anime adaptation was really portrayed differently like how he says ichikawa gave him yamada line when he didn’t it made him come off as more worse but in the manga he knew that he would be rejected and took it like a man and was rooting for ichikawa
I really, really like the moment where Yamada instantly sees through his lie about Ichikawa giving him her contact info. That would have been a violation of trust on Ichikawa's part, but Yamada immediately realizes he would never do that to her. Mutual trust is a vital yet often overlooked part of a healthy relationship, and that trust is there 110%. Apparently, this scene was anime-exclusive and isn't in the manga at all, but I think it's an incredible addition.
Yamada "There's someone Else I Like", with this phrase Ichikawa had already won before, but now it's a confirmation from her that she likes Icchi, so what confirmation does she want anymore I don't know...
Yamada has sent so many signals to Ichikawa that this can hardly be refuted by him (she is madly in love with him, he first thought but why does she have to get together with a wretch like me, now the boy is slowly melting).
If you really wanna know. This is chapter 85. Chapter 113 - They officially get together. Yamada confesses her love for him and asks to go out. Pretty sure Season 2 is gonna end here I'm guessing. Chapter 127 - First Real kiss. More than likely Season 3 if it gets made.
cuzz they both r shy to tell each other that they like one another. but now she is forced to say she got someone she likes otherwise ichi will get the wrong idea. i guess thats pretty hard for her
Yamada is a pure girl. it's her first time liking someone, and in that conversation, we can tell that finally she throws up the feelings she's holding until now I guess
She's really just too innocent and pure... And the fact Ichikawa is the first guy she really opened up to and the first one she had feelings with. She's really reserved when it comes to advances of other guys, thus the presence of "BayashiKo" and her role as Yamada's acting "boyfriend" to deter guys so to speak. With Ichikawa, she wants him and even shows how she so down bad for him, in some lewd ways even.
