Your playing are really awesome👍🥳🔆❤️🔥🌹👍👍👍and I have few questions~ 1. Does this functional app can transfer my ad.lib. playing into notes ⁉️ 2. Or can it auto playing if I download the notes from net⁉️
Great medley! Shows the range of the CSP. I am trying to decide between the CSP or the CLP 745......which do you think is better? I am intermediate level, I dont really write my own music and dont use too many voices beyond pianos and strings. I am intrigued by the lights guidance system to help you learn. Is it worth it?
Hi, thank You! If You dont need a lot of styles and different voices, CLP will be a great choice. It has great piano engine and has a nice string patches as well. Streaming lights is a nice options for beginners, but You can use other programs with CLP as well (synthesia for expample).
Very well played indeed, however, I seem to think that the styles are too simple and have no bite to them! I noticed when you change from say A to B, the change in orchestration is soo minimal that you have no feeling of moving to the next phase of the music you're playing! Also, there is no Intro 1, 2, 3, 4 and no Endings either !!!! Yamaha has just got the new series and I seem to like the look of the New CSP 295 but will it be the same styles and no proper intros and endings considering the price now is premium? Thank you
Regards lack of bite on the accompaniments think altering the balance so the backing tracks are slightly louder would help. Regards the CSP295, it has a few extra styles, 525 compared to 470 styles on the older CSP170, however it's exactly the same format, no intro, just 4 fill-in options per style and 1 ending. Yamaha are trying to make this different to the CVP range, otherwise they'll lose CVP sales with customers opting for the CSP range instead, so there needs to be a clear difference between the ranges. The CSP range is a family beginner orientated jack of all trades, master of none, high entertainment learner keyboard. More pro level accompaniment options are on the CVP home keyboard range but of course that range is much more expensive. Think what you get on the CSP is really good value for money for most people. I suppose the idea is you start off on the CSP range and if you really enjoy it and learn to master the instrument, then you save up some money and upgrade to something in the much more advanced pro level CVP range.
A great combination, thanks for the demonstration. a shame that the styles in the smart pianist app does not work with the Yamaha P 515, that would have been perfect, the CSP is quite stationary and not very transportable.🎹
@@Phantawalker I have a 15 year (if not more) old DGX, and like on the newer models, it's lacking the 1/4 inch jack line out. So I have been playing on Yamaha MOXF8, but I missed the speakers, so I tried the Casio Previa px-560 but I'm not pleased with the sound, (resonance at G in octave 2 - I've been through 3 of them) - so today I just ordered a KORG XS20 😊 I do know the Roland FP series, - they have a beautiful rich sound, but are too heavy.
Nice playing but the majority of the styles were the usual Yamaha cheesy stuff which went deservedly out of fashion 30 years ago. No doubt there are some more contemporary styles but that's the problem with this kind of home keyboard/digital pianos: the arrangements are so lacking in imagination. The saving grace is the provision of a multi track recorder (or of course the use of a DAW) so you can at least customise an arrangement. I can see the educational aspect for some, but I think the CSP series is way overpriced and apart from the furniture cabinet the content is no better than the DGX 670 which can be bought for less than half the price.
