Dear Santa Please can I have a new one for Xmas, Nice feature updates, look forward to seeing one in the raw. There is a saying, if its not broken, don't fix it. Great power unit and a awesome bike to ride. Having ridden one for three years, its the only bike I have ever owned where I don't look to replace it. (well only if it was a new one) It is an inspiring ride and I have a cheeky grin every time I ride it. Like the video clip.
Good updates to a stellar bike, especially the cruise control. Seems the engine and chassis are basically untouched. The Triumph Trophy will present stiff competition, but probably at a much higher price. Surprised the gearbox was not updated: still a 5 speed, but it's still a very good bike regardless. The handling has always been the FJR's forte. Although I would like cruise control, I don't see a reason to trade by 2009 FJR for a 2013 yet.
Not much of a change. Merely cosmethic improvement over the old-looking chasis. I like it a lot - looks more aggresive, faster, sharper. I'd love to see there a gear indicator. Pitty that most Suzuki bikes have it as a standard. P.S. Same engine? Same gearbox? still 5 gears?
