I've just brought a 300mm black widow for my fzs1000 and can't wait to actually hear my bike because the standard exhaust is so quite the bike may aswell be electric
After watching this video last week i went on ebay and bought the same stubby for my 400 fazer and boy does it not make a difference 😁 if i didnt get heads turning before i certainly do now 😅

@@kirkbrandham I can't say for him, but when I put the 8 inch Delkevic without the baffle on my 03 Fz1, it was a loud savage sound that always hits the sweet spot every time I hit the throttle. Your own Black Widow has a great sound too.
Hi Bill. With the baffle out yes. But with it in it's been fine. I ride with ear plugs in due to wind noise etc, but I always have. On the occasion I have not it has not been too loud with the baffle in. Just a lovely throaty growl : )
Better with or without baffel? A stubby i had not same make was nice low bit tinny when open up throttle but with baffle in quieter on idle still nice but meatier open up throttle so kept it innon my 03 fazer1000 1st road bike, got 01 fazer1000 now but looking for the stubby i like look of sound of also
Hey man, thanks for the interest. I would definitely recommend this exhaust. For the money (£180 ish) i am well pleased with it. It sounds good with both baffle in and out to be honest. If I'm just going for a little blast then I normally take it out for fun. Proper loud and meaty. But it's too much on long distance, it gets in your head and you wish you put the baffle back in haha! Sounds like a nice sporty bike with the baffle in. Like a monster with it out. Hope this helps. Happy riding, be safe & all the best : )
Unnecessarily noisy - never mind the neighbours - heh ! I have ridden bikes for a long time and making that sort of noise is anti-social in built up areas. When you ride at speed you hardly hear it but all others get disturbed - looking forward to the full on electric bikes coming our way.
