hi guys, today i test the acceleration 0-100 and the top speed of my dt 125 re from 2006 with giannelli exhaust in two different settings of the two stroke power valve. watch the video to understand what's better!
in this entire video i'm talking about the step that you feel on the side of the exhaust. if you alligne the hole then the port is actually smooth to the valve on the side of the piston, while a little step remains on the side of the exhaust, and that is what yamaha recommends and probably the best option
Great video, it's always best to try and follow the manual as Yamaha know a thing or too more than us. Aligning with the hole is supposed to be the stock position, also I don't recommend painting motorcycle plastics it's too flexible and the paint will start to crack very quickly
Hello, I am from Spain, I have a DT125re and they have brushed the cylinder but the friend who assembled it again did not control how it was and I think that it is not very fine, I do not know if having brushed the cylinder, you will have to modify the chewing gum.
Do away with the PV completely and keep the revs up . And the power will come on hard and fast just learn to ride it like that! That's my advice . PV only helps bottom . Pegg it open and will sound-breath alot better . Will sound like a yz just idling 🔥🔥💨💨 ps. Jet to suit 👍
Scarlotte thomas 240 main jet, 25 pilot (maibe 27.5 is better), giannelli and snorkel removed. i made a video where i tested the giannelli and the snorkel was still there
Take photos of your mx events decals and get some sticker company to remake them for you peter to ride its a limited edition version your dt125re only so many made with that decal kit mate
@@petertoridechannel9361 Its wrong that it shouldnt have a step. i have heard you should have a 2mm step on the exhaust side because its only so completle opend at the other side. maybe you can trie this out. hopfully you have understand what i mean :D
KTM SX 150 i understand what you mean but if there is a step on the side of the exhaust there is also a negative step on the side of the cilinder because the pivot is in the middle of the valve.

AgriLore vai tranquillo prendilo, se vuoi divertirti ma anche usarlo per spostarti è perfetto, se devi solo spostarti prendi un 4t, se vuoi solo divertirti prendi un racing. è affidabile e comunque non va piano ( vai a vedere il mio video dello 0-100). tra l'altro adesso ho tolto lo snorkel al filtro e sono salito di getti ed è migliorato molto anche ai bassi. se hai bisogno qualche consiglio chiedimi pure, oppure vai sul forum dt125r.co.uk che sono veramente espertissimi.
