I have one with the exact same symptoms. You made a lot of fixes in the video. Which one do you think actually fixed it? I would guess faulty capacitors. But haven't cracked mine open to check for solder problems.

Yes ! In this case the main problem is in the Capasitor. I have uploaded an other video. In that case the problem is in the wave rom ic . It depends what kind of destination is

That is a flash ic . If the problem is in flash the board do not turn ON . These tow rom are wave rom . There ware some bad connections and dry soldering. The mcu was not communicate properly with wave rom .
