Yamaha r15 v3 is great bike with a great quality, best entry level sport bike, even though this a 155cc bike it can top speed upto 153 kmph(highway), When it comes to mileage my bike is running 70km per 1.30 litres(100 rupees), because of the VVA (variable valve Actuation) technology engine can adjust the valve timing according your riding style, that is the reason for mileage. Coming to the service cost they charge 956 rupees (free service)without any extra parts.
