@@650ib Hey 650ib, Andre here a new subscriber to your channel. Your channel is quite refreshing and informative. Keep up the good work. Also me being a R1-M enthusiasts how can win that bike??
Hi Zack , you can use for the nut of the front sprocket an old intake or exhaust valve from any engine and you can make the tip of the valve like an arrow tip (who can fit the shaft gap with the nut) , so when you hit it with your hammer it will come in more and more with the result to open the locked nut. I hope I was able to help you and be able to use it in your daily life. Thanks you guys , greetings from Greece. Zack and and Ib you are awesome guys and go on like this.
I was thinking the same thing you werefar as changing out the factory blue wheels goes. But replacing em with the carbon fiber boost ones really came out nice. It looks really good! If it weren't for the price it would definitely consider it on my R1M. Well I hope to see you in Dallas in a couple of weeks. I took my son last year. Take easy bro and be safe.
Im loving how the gold chain brought out the blue.rotobox everything, also thats a bad ass light weight rear brake rotor too. saved a lot of weight. in the rear wheel assym. Once again you guys doing a great analysis of the parts being replaced and how well manufactured they are. Those brembo front calipers look great but so do the stock ones!! wow. Wonder why the plots are so big on them aswell. Is this one going to get a brembo corsa corte master cylinder treatment too? Shout out Manny @ MotoMillz
As the fellow already said, Nice having Zach as your Mechanic, so Knowledgeable & seems a very good person as well. Luckily enough Dealership I deal with Mechanics there are honest and helpful as well, I've dealt with other types and that's no fun. What a Great Bike!!! Someone is going to be VERY Happy winning that Beauty. As if an R1M isn't One Heck of a bike to begin with, Nothing like it now, Shoot man!!! Has to be the nicest R1M anywhere just by the addition of the rims, Looking forward to more videos Thanks 650, and Merry Christmas to both you & Zach.
You going to do some more smackdowns on your h2 as soon as spring comes around and weather clears up? I loved those smackdown videos you did awhile back on your h2 they were badass!
That Zack has an amazing mind: He remembers a zillion bike-related details. It's daunting. Maybe a lot of mechanics can do likewise, but this non-mechanic is bowled over.
Hi 650ib, I was inspired by this build series and bought a set of Rotobox Boost for my R1 and unfortuantely today all 5 of the rear sprocket bolts came loose and snapped off of the swingarm leaving a big gouge, it's a miracle I kept the bike up right to a stop. Looking back at this video at approx 2:30 Zack mentioned about Rotobox using bolts instead of bolts and nuts to secure the sprocket carrier and sprocket, and that you had this issue with your previous R1? I should've paid more attention to this mention and reasearched more into it but with no prior bad experience who would've expected such a premium product to fail? Can you or Zack please kindly shed some light on this issue? I will certainly take it up with Rotobox and hopefully prevent this issue from happening ever to other fellow riders. I can send you some pics if you like. Appreciate you!!!!
Ideea for the next sezon : Honda CBR1000RR fireblade. Good job man. You deserve more subscribers for what you are doing. Keep it up and have a good day you deserve it
I don't know about Roto Box, but BST has so much loctite that it's hard enough to get the bolts when you want to, much less than come loose on their own.
You would be better off using bolt croppers to remove the chain, then you wouldn't have metal partials inpregnated all over the nice r1m. Sorry but I certainly wouldn't take my bike to you for maintenance.
spud train spotting Relax. Nothing was damaged. Plus the sparks look🔥. If you brought me your bike and asked me not to use a cut off wheel to remove chain I would certainly oblige. I would then just use a chain breaker and push the pin out......but that is boring👍🏻. Thanks for watching
