+tranrn I do plan on making a drive by video at various speeds. Also, a video with the camera on the bike at various speeds, but I need a better mic first that is out of the wind.

+Mines_Skyline I'm on the other side of Toronto I see your also in Ontario. How much was the total price including shipping to here? and did you get it off the official website?

It was about $6500 with all the bullshit fees added in. I bought it from a local dealer, not the website. They delivered for free, otherwise it was a $120 delivery fee.

Been teetering between the Coffman and the arrow pro race. I really like the way the Coffman looks, esp w the heat shield, but I'm not a fan of having to put holes in my exhaust. Makes removing it or replacing it such a hassle.

All 3 sounds the same to me because you did it pretty much in an enclosed space and the sound just bounces off everywhere. Would've been better if you just took the bike out 5ft from the garage.

Found your video off of your comment on Amazon about this slip on. I'm getting one for my 2020 r3, have you done the r6 throttle tube mod yet?

In my opinion, the best throttle tube is the motion pro one because it comes with like 3-4 discs that you can swap. Each one is a different "quickness".

do you necessarily need to rivet the exhaust? Can I use the stock exhaust clamp to secure it? Didn't seem like the stock exhaust was going to fall off even with just the clamps.

Yes, I would highly recommend the rivet. The clamp is good for the stock exhaust because there is another mounting point for the stock exhaust. The rivet acts as that for the small exhaust. You will notice how sturdy it becomes after installing the tiny rivet. Makes a huge difference.

+Mike Hosmar Nah, not quite. The catalytic converter is still in place which restricts flow. There is also a "baffle" that you can remove on the exhaust to make the flow better. I will try that at some point. Probably 4-5 more horses.

+Mike Hosmar Maybe on the moon !!! Most full exhausts only give 1HP unless you re map it !!! The benefits for this are less weight and sound...

+Two Wheels and Tech i have a video that compares sound "after the install". Unfortunately, no before and after. But its relatively "quiet" if youre just cruising along. Even when you give it the beans, its still not that much louder. Its just a different sound, which most people like. Their website says the exhaust is legal in CA as long as you keep the baffle in.

+Jahmel D thanks for the kind words. I have thought about removing the baffle for a video, but i think you need a special tool to put it back. I really like how it sounds with the baffle in, so i dont want to risk not being able to put it back in after i make the video.
