How to video explaining the exact steps needed, to go into the diagnostic menu on a 2003-2005 Yamaha R6.
The steps are as follows:
Step 1: Disengage the green fuel pump tab on the bottom of the tank.
Step 2: make sure the actuator on the kill switch is not depressed (kill switch off, or engine set to on position)
Step three: hold down both buttons on front of gauge cluster
Step 4: turn key in main switch to ‘ON’ position, wait approximately 8 seconds
Step5: once ‘dIag’ appears, release the two buttons, then immediately depress them again and hold for two seconds until the next menu appears.
