for sure but not legal... in any other european county it need to have the original engine that came with the vin number.... people still do swaps home made in france cause there is no inspection needed yet for quad and bikes (its comming soon doh) but i think you can do swaps legal in the UK i seen r1 swaped raptor done by dmo deejay (cause the vin in only for the frame and not engine)
@@reggiexp69 In Poland, Vin is only for the frame. Theoretically, we should have the engine change entered in the registration certificate, but in Poland we do not do this and probably no one suffers the consequences because of it.
@@ATVSwapGarage ah okay i tought it was like the UK where they can make a coach or a shed or a chair road legal cause it was build on a car frame. but so a engine swap is not legal but cops dont stop you? cause all the quad swaps i see are in poland (i think its poland) in france you only see home made swaps so pretty bad and they are road legal YET cause next month quads and motor bikes have to go for the inspection like cars have to get true.. so they gonna check probably engine CC and vins so that will make all swap non road legal. but till then yes you could drive swaped quads since there was no inspection, but if you get a accident your paying it your own pocket cause its not original...
I was curious as to why you had to blur out the odometer on the quad for a little bit. Was it the cars going by? Another great build on these quads you make.
The V 4 is not suitable because it will not physically fit, but I already had the V2 once and I definitely prefer the KTM 1290, its operating culture is much more pleasant and it has better torque in the lower rev range.
