i wanna keep the petrol average as high as possible so suggest me what piston should i go with and how big should the block bore be compared to piston diameter.i have good understanding of engine work now and i feel i can do it myself and even you re here so i could contact you if i feel stuck somewhere.
Hey, I gotta ask, how did you balance the crankshaft? Or did you just use the 135cc crankshaft. By the way, how can you get a crankshaft machined?. Is it possible on normal indian shops? Correct me If I'm wrong but the engine would vibrate a hell lot with an unbalanced shaft. I love your work and am planning to build an engine myself.

hey ali i have suzuki access 125 which is burning engine oil.i know it has bad piston issue.i wanna ask you what is the cheapest method i can fix it either i should bore it bigger and fit a bigger piston or your suggestion.will it reduce petrol average very much.lovin your work.keep up the good work
hii paul how r u ? suzuki access 125 is gud scooter ! if oil burns u must change the piston.. as soon as possible otherwise major problem will accure in future ! and u can convert it upto 150cc if u r a mechanic i hope u can do it in a proffesional way if not dont worry i support u
Ali bhai. I also have suzuki access 125, 2014 model. It has run 30,000kms by now. 1) oil burning issue: After last service, I ran for 1000kms and saw that engine oil level is reduced a little bit. I topped up with approximately 80 to 100ml. My mechanic told engine problem is slowing starting now, as it is burning small amount of oil slowly. He said, after another 2 or 3 services we have to do engine work. Please suggest if I should get engine work done as soon as possible or I can run it for another 2 or 3 services. What do you think about this? 2) Ran more than 2000kms without changing oil: One year ago, I ran my scooter for extra 150kms even though I had completed 2000kms. After running this extra 150 or 200kms I changed oil and mechanic said oil has burnt more (means I drove that extra kms). Has this affected or caused any damage to the engine? Please suggest regarding this.
it depends on your engine condition ! and normally it costs around 3 to 4k ! pick any gud mechanic tell them to build the engine ! they will do whatever you want !

yes u can ! but before going u have to change the oil in prefer the synthetic oil from shell 5w40! and every 100kms you have to take break! if you do this u can ride as much as long u want? thanks you
next month we have planned to go velankanni church in tamilnadu bt i have rayz my frndzz told than rayz will never go such distance the distance is 480 kms from kanyakumari if i go iam so scared about any problem in my ray
see if the scooter is in good condition like healthy engine tyres if everything is fine then no problem! I drove it with rayz for 700kms and average speed of 60 to 70kms no need to be scared and also carry tools! and extra spark plug! go and see the world☺
