If you are struggling getting the cover out because of clearance the frame unbolts and makes life easier. Just remove 4 12mm head bolts.

Do the clutch nuts need to be torqued to a certain spec? Should lock-tite be added to the clutch nuts?

Are al that bushes dry or can you put ghries on it

How much torque on them nuts

Is there supposed to be a washer before the nut on the clutch shaft? The parts diagram shows one but I didn’t see one in this video.

Make sure your clutch primary splines are engaged or your nut will back off and it will strip your splines and cause a fire, then you’ll have to buy a new spline plate. It’s $60 and takes a week to arrive. Found out the hard way.

what is the purpose of the bolt from the cover threaded in?

I had to buy an corded electric impact wrench, my dewalt battery powered impact wrench wouldn’t budge the one on the left.

I replaced my belt and slid the belt as far as it would go down on the primary clutch. I see this one is pretty much at the top. Maybe that's why it broke lol. Whoops.

What is the purpose of that little plastic fan? Mine don’t have that ?
