Nice exercise 👌 An expert pair of hands working very swiftly on the engine dismantle. Please share the name of the glue used for sticking gaskets. I have the same bike in storage. Now while revamping, found the piston seized at bdc, and the cylinder wall with a thick layer of rust. Will soaking the wall with diesel, 2T oil and spraying WD-40 and leaving for a week help in removing the rust? Thanks
Give heat with a hot air blower to cylinder @ working engine temperature.. Then use kicker to move te poston. Note- if corrosion occur in cylinder sleeve. Better to go for a reboring.. 👆
