All the E series were the exact same in metallurgy,ports,sizes and duration. The I series were of later production and required some port polishing. Also The RXG early carburettor had a pull-type choke system for a while.

135 aanu better. 100 is a squre engine. torque is important. But 135 is over square engine. Just like ktm, pulser, 220, r15. Theese will gain a higher revvs.

1.25 means Now your cylinder size is 59.25mm 0k But your cylinder head squish dia is 59mm max. First you need to enlarge dia of head to 59.25mm. Then, match the ports.chamfering needs. Accordingly you should adjust the carb jets.. If your bike rxg is having stok cylinder and head your compression ratio is 9.9:1@58mm But now your bike is 59.25 So your compression is increased. As per that jetting+head mode needs..
Bro im doing my degree i dont have inough knowledge about the two stroke bikes and its engine bro. Bro can a good polishing in all ports of cylinder and cylinder head inough to match the new piston size (1.25 )
Rxg is better initial torque than 135 .e1 cylinder port timing and dimension is also differ from other series. Carburetor air line have varient frm 135 models. Magnet ,cdi ,and silencer inner chamber and core also differ. Swim arm is differ. Who used rxg oe settings know the roaring sound because its too low rx100 sound. Its all i study frm my experience on rxg.
