Yamaha S80 VS Roland RD 700 Sound Comparison- The Vintage Stage Pianos | Blessed Music 

The s 80 is great. It has the legendary Motif sound engine. Best of the era.

The sound of the RD is warm, the S80 is too tingy.

Roland is the best! sounds more natural.

Maybe it would be more suitable to be paired with the S90. and I have used the RD 700, RD 700 SX, RD 700 GX and Yamaha S90, the result is that the S700 piano sound on the S90 is very good...

S80 is better...

Pour avoir eu le S80, que je n'ai vraiment pas apprécier, d’abords son clavier, précis mais beaucoup beaucoup trop lourd, le son piano n'est pas expressif autant dire sans caractère hormis le grave qui est pas mal, et coté ça, ce n'est pas plus un synthé, les possibilités sont très limitées. Donc au final, ce n'est pas plus un piano numérique digne de se nom pas plus qu'un synthé. Au final je l'ai échanger contre un Motif 6 plus un peu l'argent, je le regrette pas . Ici on entend que le D700 est bien plus attrayant que le S80 et s30 du même coup(a évité à moins que le prix soit relatif, soit maxi 350euros S80 et 200euros S30 sinon autant acheter un motif ES

S80 giá sao a

Fortepiany S80, S30 nie brzmią dobrze, są słabe, do niczego sie nie nadają. Niestety to porażka firmy ze w 2000 roku dała tak złe fortepiany we flagowy syntezator. Nie rozumiem tego. Kupiłem w 2002 r. i nigdy nie byłem zadowolony z fortepianów w S30/S80
