There’s a new cool ride on the block! Discover the SCR950, inspired by 1960s street scramblers, this motorbike blends authentic design with modern technology for a new kind of bike that’s all about pure enjoyment and good vibes.
It's sad how many people hate on this bike. It's NOT a dual sports and it's really not a scrambler. It's a somewhat torquey, dependable (Yamaha Bolt) with great ergo's and a unique 1970's kind of look. It's slightly more vibey than a stock bolt ( by design) and it begs for an after market intake ( I love cobra's plain mesh intake with K&N filter). It's more cool than your average Starbucks Cafe poser and handles great. I love it, a lot. It's misunderstood. Thanks everyone for hating on my favorite new bike, it brought the price down for me.
I have had one for a year. It was just short of three years old when I bought it, immaculate and with only 4,300 km on it. One of the best bikes I have had.
@@BikesVansandThings How much do these vibrate, is it as bad as some claim, I notice on the SCR forum some go long distances on these so surely it can't be that bad?
@@deea2680 if you want to do long rides you need to make 2 mods: (1) add the seat cover and (2) change springs to raise up an inch. The vibration then stops. Check out my ‘mods’ video for prices and links 👍🏻 if you don’t get these done you will have to stop every 30mins because you hands will be numb 😂.
So is this an add for a bike for rich twats, that has a tendency to break down and that will turn them into poor twats after all the repairs?? Summary rich dude has broken bike, goes to mechanic... Requires multiple trips, multiple repairs... Rich dude walks out the mechanic shop poor... Yamaha is already telling you that will rip you of! 😂
