@@jaddynski The 1k is far superior. I bought the 1 k a year ago and for small weddings and 60 odd people its a blast. background music I can make for up to 200 people out door. I do miss the bottom end when I add my drummer but I can then add a sub with its though pass. Woth a look .
@@baartmansrandomtechreview9370 Hey do you have any demo 600 vs 1k I'm really curious. I'm using 400 and would like to upgrade. Now there is 1k mark ii. I'm really thinking. Thank you in advance
I forgot to mention that we are an acoustic duo: 2 voices, shaker, tamburine, guitar, Boss rc 300 looper and beatbox. I tried an LD maui 11 and I missed the middle frequencies comparing to the stagepas 400. Do you think there is no loss comparing the 600 to the 1K? Do you have feedback problems? We are both using Shure ksm9 condenser mic. I'm using a Taylor mini gs and sometimes I have problem with low end feedback (100-200hz) but I'm using a behringer 7band eq that helps a lot to stop it.
MAn,. stage pass hands down. . . the Samson sound very hollow once your use to the stage pass. . . But if its volume your after and you don't mind quality that much, go for the Samson. it's nice and loud. . id you want something that's loud and warm, ( no desc though ) check out the ALTO power speakers.
the 600 has the following specs , 35 W (Idle), 100 W (1/8 Power) . thus. if you are running a a 24 Volt system at 59AH you have 1200 watt hours you will only be using 40% to save battery life . so 480 watt-hours that will give you +/- 13 hours on idle and 4 and a half hours on full blast. I do not know the 65volt batteries . in South Africa we work with 12 and 24 volt. It would be worth doing some research also checking the inverter has the natural cycle. THe wrong inverter can damage sound in the long run. This is one of the best power consumption speakers out there. But if your looking for a battery powered solution i would advise taking some time to check ou the Bose s1 pro. Good luck
@@baartmansrandomtechreview9370 Thanks for your reply. I have 6 different battery powered pa systems (most were bought for tradeshows and seminars) and I went to Guitar Center to check out the S1 which I was not impressed at all. So far nothing that I have looked at passes the bar for sound quality and loudness. The S1 had great sq but no guts. I will have to take a look at the s1pro. I had a Stagepass 300 and returned it for the 500 which I liked but sold it a year ago. I am looking for one for beach and park weddings plus family parties for our large family. Thanks for your input.
Something is wrong with your overall system or connections, my smaller 400i will get really loud im talking about otdoors for 50 people and won't distort until the red clipping light stays on constantly, by that point its super loud and clear
