Yamaha really did a nice job on this machine. I just rode my neighbors brand new Viking, and I am so impressed. My Can-Am Outlander is a joke compared to the Viking.
Those are all good addons. I just bought a Viking and I’m in the process of installing the winch. I like the location of the winch control plug. I will copy that. I ordered a extra dash switch from Warn because I will use the winch for the snow plow height. Thank you for sharing the info!
Roger Stcyr I would like to see that too. I just installed the same windshield and I’m pretty sure I put the rubber brackets to far forward. The instructions that come with it aren’t very clear.
Line up the bottom of the rubber slot with the edge of the windshield. When you do this the windshield will come down too far forward for it to fit into the slot so you need to pull the rubber towards the front of the vehicle to allow the windshield to enter the slot after you have attached the rubber piece. When it goes in, the windshield then matches the slot.
