Excellent video, going to give this a whirl today. Had it apart but my 22mm impact socket wouldn't fit in the hole to turn the motor, so had to wait to get a normal chrome thin walled 22mm, should be easy with the info you gave. Thanks!
Very helpful. Just putting my old/new 85' VX-700 back in service and wanted to clear the valve adjustment before I turned her over. Had been mothballed by previous owner. Haven't a clue what was satisfactory so far.
@@aussiewantok that's the reason I have parts engines, and still looking for a non-running parts bike for all those goodies that will cost me a Fortune on eBay. Know you Aussie's have it far worse than us bloke's in the States, what with the Fed's playing Patty-Cake with the Milwaukee Metal Mashers (HD) and their lawsuits in 84'! Have a great week my friend.
